On behalf of the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security/Office of Grants and Research/Highway Safety
Division, please accept this email as authorization to proceed with your approved budget for the purchase of
traffic safety equipment within the guidelines of the IFFY 2018 Traffic Enforcement and Equipment Grant
program (TE).
Your approved budget is $_4,955.00_ for the specific item(s) identified on the FFY 2018 TE Equipment
Request Form submitted along with your signed Equipment Purchase Assurances Form.
As a reminder:
• All equipment must be purchased after July'1, 2018 and must be delivered by September 30, 2018.
• Any equipment purchased that is not listed on the approved itemized budget form will not be
reimbursed.
• Departments are responsible for any costs that exceed the approved budget amount.
• Reimbursement requests for purchased equipment must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
