The Massachusetts Department of Transportation Aeronautic Division is pleased to
inform you that a State Grant has been programmed for your airport for the following
project:
Airport: Mansfield Municipal Airport
Project Name: Taxiway/Runway Lighting Repair - Phase 2
MassDOT Grant Amount: $5,584.00
Date of MassDOT Award: Award will be granted upon receipt of signed
grant application
Grant Expiration Date: June 30, 2018
The project involves repairing taxiway and runway lights in the amount of $6,980.00
with a project split of 80% state funding ($5,584.00) and 20% local airport funding
($1,396.00).
This grant is predicated on the following provisos:
All work on the project must be completed by June 30, 2018. For Design &
Construction projects, the same process, as with all projects, -
Scope- Fee— Design —Construct must be followed.
2. If this is an equipment purchase then the equipment must be physically on site by
June 30, 2018.
3. Please fill out the enclosed grant application and return the signed application(sJ

Administrator approves the grant application a Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Standard Contract Form will be emailed to you in a PDF format. Please make
every effort to expedite the approval of the Standard Contract Form and return to
the Aeronautics Division.
