Present: Mr. Michael A. Trowbridge Sr., Chair; Mr. Nell Rhein, Vice -Chair; Ms. Moure0h.F.fDgherty,
Clerk; Ms. Diana Bran and Mr. Brendan Roche were present in Meeting Rook. I A/B a,"16vJn Hall Mr.
Joseph Sollectto, General Manager was also present.
1. Call to Order Municipal Electric Commission meeting— Pledge of Allegiance
Mr. Trowbridge called the meeting to order at 5:30PM and asked those present to stand for the Pledge
of Allegiance.
2. General Manager's Report
a. Review and Consideration to approve MMED's 2023 Department of Public Utilities
(DPU) report
Mr. Trowbridge stated that it was for just one Item to review the 2023 DPU report. Mr. Sollecito stated
that this DPU reports are calendar year and has to be submitted by March 31, 2024 and it requires the
Board to sign off on it before it can be submitted. Ms. Bren asked if the form was built by MMED or if it
was a template and Mr. Sollecito responded that it was a template by the state. She noted the form said
Board of Selectmen and was hoping to change that to Select Board.
Motion: To approve and support the annual report for the Electric Light Department for the Town of
Mansfield that ended December 31, 2023. (Doherty/Bren) Passes 5:0
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
4. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn the Light Commissioners Meeting of March 20, 2024 at 5:35PM. (Roche/Doherty)
