Called to order at 5:00 PM

Lynn Cavicchi moved to accept minutes of February 9, 2023; Jenn Walsh seconded.

Discussion of FY24
Discussions held in order to prepare for the March 29'h Tri-Board Meeting specifically that
some reductions in the budget will be required. Currently the schools sit at a 4.37% increase
over last year. The goal is to get to an approximate 3% increase.
At the request of the committee, Assistant Superintendent Donoghue presented an update
on the revolving account usage and balances.
Mr. Donoghue presented some thoughts on a possible increase to transportation fees citing
increased cost in the contract. Discussion was held on the pros and cons of this increase.
Citing financial hardship on families, it was determined not to raise the fees for next year.
