• Partnership with Parks and Recreation
o I spoke with Sherri and she is having some issues with securing a
location for her current programs,
o She did state that the campers really enjoyed the Steel Band program
that we had last year. I reached out to the band leader and he is
i
willing to, come back. 1 had told Sherri that it was challenging to have
the seniors walk down to Memorial Park. She said they could do the
concert at the Middle School which would be easier access for the
seniors.

• Contractor List
o The policy should include language that requires that all people on
the list be licensed and the license number must be listed with their
name and contact information. All must be checked through the BBB
at least annually (preferably each time the list is updated). All must
be CORN through HR. The list must be kept up-to-date.
o Further, this list must be available to all vendors, not just those who
say they will give a discount. And, there must be a disclaimer stating
something like "This is a list of licensed, professionals for reference
onlv, and is not to be misconstrued as being recommended by the
Mansfield Building Department or the Council on Aging.
o Once you have an approved policy, the Building Department will help
