The boilers are working well. There was a contractor tour for the QMS boiler project, the same
contractor that did the HS,project will submit a bid. Expecting bids by 12/13 and a final bid by
12/20.
Getting ready to bid on the track and field project. The playground is almost ready to go to bid,
waiting on the Conservation Committees input.

Ongoing projects include elevators and changing all of the lighting over to LED
i
Staffing -Currently fully staffed. All custodian positions are staffed. The HVAC position was
filled, Steven is a Mansfield resident and has a lot of commercial and food service experience.
Facilities -We are seeing more requests from outside groups to use our facilities.It might be a
good time to take a look at the fees and see if we need to update. Matt will explore what
neighboring towns charge and we will discuss at a future meeting.

MSBA reopened. We are planning to submit a request for the Robinson roof next.
