1. Open meeting Called to order by Chair MacDonald at 6:44 PM with a quorum of
seven.
2. November 9 Minutes Approval
Motion: To; pass upon spelling correction of a surname
Passes: 6-0-1 (Ms. McCabe, Mr. McNatt)
3. Discuss, Consider and Vote on 2501h Logo and Slogan Submissions
(continued from 11/9 meeting)
Discussed pros and cons of the final choices
Motion: Vote on top left entry.
Passes: 8-1 (Mr. Andrews, Ms. Feely)
Chair MacDonald will notify the winner.
4. Discuss, Consider and Vote on Events Programming and Timeline
(taken out of order after Item 2)
Ms. Cusack, Ms. Feely and Ms. McCabe, members of Incorporation Day and
Festival Day Advisory Committees, presented a list for Incorporation Weekend
Events. Events include a Youth camp at Memorial Park with childrens' games,
with Park and Rec taking the lead., Also, a scavenger hunt wqs discussed and
Mr. Andrews suggested that the punch card used to document visits to Natural
Resources Trust sites could be used for the hunt.
Motion: To merge Incorporation Day and Festival Advisory Committees.
Passes: 9-0 (Mr. Andrews, Ms Cusack)
Ms. Burch handed out a compiled list of recommended events from the Cultural
and Arts Advisory Committee. Recommendations were made to include several
in the Parade.

Historical play featuring Mansfield
The Historical Society has a play written from
history.
when the Fisher/Richardson House was
opened. Read and discuss.
2.
Speaker Series
Research topics, speakers to ask. Anthony
Ferrara
3.
Textile Workshop
Embroidery, spinning wheel, sewing machine.
Alex Bramley can teach embroidery. Class on
the history and then a workshop to create
something.
4.
Professional photography sessions
Could host 3 sessions: Spring, Summer, Fail.
with Old Timey costumes or current
Mansfield landscape.
5.
Music/Dance Festival
Invite as many cultural groups as possible to
participate with music and dance from their
cultures from the 1775 era.
6.
Trolley Tours
Reach out to Black Doll Museum to see if
they want to run this, but would need Town
funding.
