experiences
• School Improvement Plan
o Reviewed each section for Robinson in regards to goals and
action steps. Discussed what we are already doing and
have accomplished.
o Reviewed the changing demographics of the district in
general and its impact here at Robinson.
o EL numbers and newcomer families at hotels, what we are
doing here to support them.
• Budget update
o Tie budget conversation into SIP, new math program
Areas of responsibility for 2022/2023 School Council
• Adopting educational goals for the school that are consistent with
local educational policies and statewide school performance
standards
• Identifying educational needs of students attending school
• Reviewing the annual school building budget
• Formulating a school improvement plan
