Hall. Mr. Kevin Dumas, Town Manager and Mr. Barry LaCasse, AssistaMiIDWZ&agar/frnRfie Director,

The Executive Session was called to order at 6:52PM by the Chair Ms. Bien:' '<<J+IUSE US
Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21, Exemption 3, to discuss strategy with respect
to collective bargaining for negotiations with Southeastern Public Employees Association
(SPEA) collective bargaining union if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the
bargaining position of the public body and the chair so declares.
Mr. LaCasse provided a summary of the SPEA three-year contract that was just ratified. He stated that it is
one of the smaller unions with about seven employees who are bookkeepers and clerks.
Motion: To support the SPEA contract as presented. (Roche/Doherty)
