of Mansfield. The next step is for you to be sworn in at the Town Clerk's Office at your earliest
convenience. I will be providing a copy of this letter to them to keep on file, and it will be sent to
the State's Division of Standards as well.

Weights and Measures Service Contract
BETWEEN: Kevin M. Duquette

1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Beginning upon agreement of this contract, Kevin Duquette will provide to the Town of Mansfield
the following services:
A yearly inspection of all the devices in Mansfield and sealing of all the devices. Currently estimated at 29 locations and
225 devices.
Re -inspections of devices as needed
Inspections of new devices that come on-line through the year
Complaint inspections called in to the Town or the State with a 48 hour response time
Identifying locations that are not currently sealed or permitted in the Town
Submitting a yearly report to the State Division of Standards
2. SCOPEOFWORK
Contractor agrees to provide Services listed in section (1).
3. TERM
This contract will start July 1, 2023 and go to June 30, 2024. This contract can be extended in one-year increments
for an additional two years, for a maximum of three years till June 30, 2026.
4. COMPENSATION
Cost for inspection services per year: ..................................................$16,500.00
Cost for inspection materials per year..............................................................826.00
Total cost of services per year: ................................................................ $16,325,00
