Old Business
1. Update on Memory Board. Josephine ordered the memory board and it will be hung in
the front.
2. New Building update. Neal passed the most current plans around and Jo had pictures on
the tv of the multi -purpose room and a sample program room. Neal mentioned that the
plans had "Mansfield Council on Aging' on the building and we asked for that to be
removed from the plans. A new name is to be determined. Discussed funding and we are
waiting to hear from Kevin Dumas about payment. Fundraising will need to be done. We
need to be present at every big town event. Paula mentioned that Walpole had a bank
sponsor.
3. Memory Cafe. Our 1:t Memory Cafe was on January 4tn and we had 14 participants. The
entertainment was live music from a duet. People were tapping their feet, strumming
their fingers and some were up dancing. It was a great experience.
The next caf6 is on Wednesday, February 11 at 1:00 and they will be doing chair yoga.
