2. Welcome new member - Kellie Ansermoz
• Ms. Ansermoz is pleased to join the Committee
3. Review and approve Open Space Goals
• Goals circulated by Chair Foster
o Goals appear in bold with objectives below
• Goals are based on discussion at January 9 meeting
• Committee agrees that Goals as drafted are consistent with prior discussion
• Discussion of goals and revisions to be made
• Ms. Friedman suggests more specificity in some areas and revisions to others that have
redundancy
• Discussion of process for drafting/revising goals and objectives, including division of responsibility
between Ms. Gonyer and Committee
• Motion by Ms. Fehervari to approve scope of Goals, seconded by Ms. Whittle
o Committee unanimously approves scope of Goals as drafted, subject to re -organization
and re -wording
• Committee's preference is to keep wording of goals broad, with specificicity coming in the
objectives
4. Preliminary discussion on Goal#1 Objectives
• Discussion of reorganization of objectives to incorporate into other Goals that are more specific
o Goal 1 will remain as broad in scope
5. Department Updates - DLTA
• Ms. Gonyer provides update of grant applications and coordination with other organizations and
departments
6. Approval of January 9, 2023 minutes
• Ms. Friedman makes motion to approve, seconded by Ms. Whittle
Motion approved
Ms. Fehervari and Ms. Ansermoz abstain as they were not in attendance
7. Adjourn
• Motion by Ms. Friedman, seconded by Ms. Whittle
o Motion approved

Meeting opened at 5:15pm by Chair Foster
2. Review and approve the revised Open Space Goals
- Revised Goals were circulated by Chair Foster prior to meeting for consideration
- Each Goal will have objectives and action plan to be discussed
- Motion to approve by K. Whittle, seconded by Ms. Ansermoz, with compliments and
thanks to Chair Foster for her work.
- Approved unanimously
3. Preliminary discussion of Goal Objectives
- Selection of primary objectives for each goal, while organizing remaining verbiage of
circulated objectives.
- Discussion of objectives within goals 1-5.
- Objectives will be refined and finalized in future meetings.
4. Department Updates - DLTA
- Update on DLTA grant provided by Ms. Gonyer
5. Approval of February 13, 2023 minutes
- Motion by Ms. Ansermoz, seconded by Ms. Fehervari
- Approved unanimously
6. Public comment invited from visiting attendees (no comments)
7. Adjourned
- Per motion of Ms. Whittle, seconded by Ms. Fehervari
- Approved unanimously
- Adjourned at 6:03pm
