Present: Joseph Cerretani, Chair; Sharon Friedman, Clerk; Michael Feck; and Michael McClanahan

Absent: Ralph Penney; Adrian LeCesne and Mark Corsillo, Associate
Mr. Reinke explained that the purpose of the plan is to create parcels 1 and 2 which are to be conveyed to
the Town of Mansfield (from the City of Attleboro Water Department). Additional parcels are noted to
serve as permanent easements for a variety of purposes (drainage, utility, slope, and construction).
Motion to endorse the plan set entitled "Alteration Plan of Balcom Street in Mansfield, MA, Bristol
County, Prepared for the Town of Mansfield" because the plan is not a subdivision under MGL Chapter
41, Section 81L. (McClanahan —Feck)
Four (4) in favor, Zero (0) opposed, Zero (0) abstained PASSES
Motion to adjourn at 5:05 p.m. (McClanahan-Feck)
