Mr. Carr said they could provide the final contract for DPW review and that he is comfortable with contract review as a condition of the decision for approval. Mr. Corsillo asked why there were so much parking spaces in the site design. Mr•. Carr said that they provided parking for the industry normal use, but that it would also be dependent on the final tenant use and could be revised accordingly. The building height and size has been designed for flexibility of potential tenants. Ms. Friedman expressed that she is having difficulty with the building of so much warehousing in the Town, particularly where there are other warehouse spaces available in Town. She asked for a projection of time from building and tenant occupancy. Mr. O'Neil answered that their typical timeframe is twelve months for the buildout. They would then typically confirm the tenant within four to six months. The construction would then continue with fit -up for the tenant. The tenant would take occupancy upon the building completion or within one month of completion. Mr. O'Neil also said that warehousing is still one of the strongest segments of tenant use of space in the industry.
