A meeting of the Mansfield School Committee Budget Subcommittee was opened and called to order at
5:30 p.m.
SC Members Present: Lynn Cavicchi, Jenn Walsh
Others present: Teresa Murphy, Superintendent

New Business
Continued work on policies related to gifts and donations. The following were completed and ready for
full committee review:
• JP Communication/Solicitation
• JJE Student fundraising Activities
• GBEBD Crowd Sourcing
• GBEBC Gifts, Solicitations from Staff
• FFA Dedications, Memorials, Recognitions
The following are still in progress and will be reviewed at the next meeting on November 08, 2021:
• FF Naming Facilities
• 1JEA Fundraising by Students PK - G8
• KCD Public Gifts to School
• KHA Public Solicitations in Schools
