Present: Mr. Neil Rhein, Vice -Chair; Mr. Brend che, Clerk and Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Sr. were present.

1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting �� dle)�dge of Allegiance
Mr. Rhein, Vice -Chair called the meeting to order at 5:33PM and asked Mr. LaCasse to present the only
agenda item tonight for a bond obligation loan.
2. Discussion and Consideration to Approve and Sign the General Obligation Bond
Mr. LaCasse presented the bond noting that it was for five approved projects at various of Town Meetings.
One of the items is the PFAS treatment, the High School boiler replacement, road bond, water main on
Stearns and equipment and vehicle purchases. He stated that there were nine bids and the total amount is
$6,700,000. Mr. Roche and Mr. Trowbridge had no questions. Mr. Rhein asked how many years the loan was
for and Mr. LaCasse responded that it varies and stated the vehicle purchases is amortized over five years.
Motion: To waive reading of the full bond request (Roche/Trowbridge)

Motion: To approve and sign the issuance of the general issuance bonds as explained and presented.
