1. Call the Meeting to order: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:45pm.

2. Preparation for Annual Town Meeting.
The Committee gathered to prepare for the Town Meeting. Ms. Walsh stated they have voted on the articles but
there is a draft in motion. Ms. Walsh did not want to approve if they were to ask for it ahead of time. To discuss the
crossing out of the lines would make it irrelevant. The Committee discussed at length that the voted language had
been voted on. Mr. Flaherty did not understand the apprehension. Mr. Feely stated the article is his own fault that
he did not read it. 70% is a part of the budget. The $50,000 they already proposed and asking for approval up front
as is cumbersome. it would require the Finance Committee to be available asap in orderto be able to make approvals
on the fly, it's unpractical. Mr. Wilk stated there's only 5-6 a year. The currency is low. Mr. Cooney stated the change
is good. Mr. Wilk said to take a vote on the floor as they just got this reworded copy. Based on what they discuss in
the meeting they will take a vote.
To be clear they will read what was presented and they will listen to the arguments Ms. Walsh said and then they
we will take a vote at the Town Meeting in Public. Mr. Wilk will call the motion.
