Members of the Select Board attended the School Committee meeting.
Present Select Board: Ms. Diana Bren, Chair; Mr. Brendan Roche, Clerk; Mr. Michael Trowbridge, and Ms.
Maureen Doherty
Present School Committee: Ms. Lynn Cavicchi, Ms. Jenifer Sellon, Ms. Vivian Webster and Ms. Jenn Walsh
Not Present: Mr. Neil Rhein and Mr. Steve Schoonveld

3. Consideration to reappoint Kelly Bussiere to Serve on the Audit Committee- 6r)a tMM,o-yfi4FFerm to expire

Chair Cavicchi introduced Ms. Kelly Bussiere and noted that she was a one-year replacginemt
appointment in
September 2022. Tonight, we are considering a re -appointment for Ms. Bussiere for a two-year term to expire
June 30, 2025. Ms. Cavicchi then reviewed some of her background and qualifications.
There were no questions by School Committee or Select Board, but Mr. Trowbridge noted that the Audit
Committee needs a unique set of skills and Ms. Bussiere's background meets this criterion and the Town is
very appreciative that she is looking to serve again. Ms. Walsh thanked Ms. Bussiere and Ms. Cavicchi noted
she was grateful that she is willing to participate again.
Motion: To reappoint Kelly Bussiere to a two-year term on the Audit Committee for a term to expire on June
30, 2025. (Walsh/Trowbridge)
