Date of Meeting: 4/20/2023
Agenda Topics:
6:26PM - Call to Order (those in attendance: Lori Stanovitch, Ben Esposito and David Wilson)
Motion to Accept all application formats for this year due to two different applications being provided to
Mansfield High School. Motion by Lori Stanovitch. Motion seconded by Ben Esposito. All in favor.
Motion to amend 2024 and beyond Scholarship Application format (removed Family Information section,
Separated Extra -curricular Activities/Community Service into Extra -curricular Activities and Work
Experience/Community Service sections and Create a Financial Information section and update language in the
Essay section. Motion by Lori Stanovitch. Motion seconded by Ben Esposito. All in favor.
Review, Discussed and Approved 2023 WWII Scholarship Award winners. Motion to approve award winners by
Ben Esposito. Motion seconded by David Wilson. All in favor.
