that the Select Board goals on the website were not updated and there are no policies postted. She
then suggested a workshop to go over those items so that she can learn to be a productive member of
this Board. Lastly, Ms. Doherty stated that she wanted to add a new segment to the agenda labeled
future agenda items. Mr. Trowbridge responded that to do that it would require a policy change. Ms.
Doherty then asked where the polices were located. Mr. Trowbridge stated that he has them in email.
Ms. Doherty asked if there could be a future workshop so that they can be reviewed.
Mr. Roche asked about Waste Management cutting their routes short. He wanted to know if it was a
problem because of the trash that is being picked up from residents or is the problem with the trucks
themselves. Mr. LaCasse believed it was something mechanical with the trucks, but would find out
more information. Mr. Roche then stated that with him leaving the Planning Board there are now two
vacancies. Ms. Bren noted that there are always vacancies if someone is interested in volunteering. Ms.
Doherty asked if those interviews would be done in the public again and Ms. Bren responded that it
will be a decision of the Board. Ms. Bren also noted that agenda items can be considered and said to
work with the Chair and Ms. Champagne to schedule them. Ms. Doherty asked how does it typically
work. Mr. Rhein responded that how he understands it is that it could be mentioned at a meeting and
it is up to the Chair to work with Ms. Champagne to find an agenda for it because some agendas are
fuller than others or you can email the Chair asking for an item to be on the agenda. Ms. Bren stated
that now that she is Chair she has some ideas and some brainstorming she would like to do with the
Board, but also said a little time was needed for her to get acclimated.
