Minutes December 21, 2022
Members Present: Michael Healey, Chair; Kevin McNatt, Vice -Chair; Lorilee Fish, Clerk; Rosemarie Sirois, Matt Griffin
1. Open Meeting 5:34pm
2. Motion made by Rosemarie Sirois to accept the October 12, 2022 minutes, 2nd by Kevin McNatt, 5-0 with 2 corrections:
The date of 7/12/22 corrected to 10/12/22 and total returned to the NPGF from the Historical Committee, was $162.00

• The Select Board accepted our list of recommendations. Letters to the recipients, accepted and rejected, will be sent
the week of December 28.2022.
• MWOT will receive their check after they have actually spent the money to buy the Santa suit. Lorilee will contact
them and suggest they return the money or,buy a second suit.
• Point of record, Ken Butler of MAC received notification of his grant rejection, before he was notified by the
committee.
• Grant letter changes: Change names of members to formal name, i.e. Matt to Mathew, Mike to Michael. where
used, change Board of Selectmen to Select Board.
• It was suggested that we set a start and finish date to begin and end the grant process. The dates should be the same
each year if possible. Michael and Lorilee will begin the process.
Rosemarie Sirois made a motion to end the meeting at •09pm, 28d by Kevin McNatt, all in favor.
