Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday. June 21, 2010
Jordan / Jackson Conference Room
An Executive Session Meeting of the Mansfield School Committee was held in the Jordan /
Jackson Conference Room @ 4:00 P.M. on June 21, 2010. A motion to open the Open
Meeting was made by Mr. Michael Trowbridge, 2"d by Mr. Frank DelVecchio with a roll call
vote and called to order at 4:00 PM by Chairman, Mr. Michael Trowbridge. A Motion to go into
Executive Session was made by Mrs. Jean Miller, 2"d by Mr. Trowbridge at 4:00 P.M.
Members Present — roll call vote to enter into Executive Session:
Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Chairman; yes
Mr. Frank DelVecchio, Vice Chairman; yes
Mrs. Jean Miller; yes
Mr. Jim Perry; yes
Not Present:
Mrs. Lisa Losiewicz; Not Present
Also Present:
Mrs, Brenda Hodges, Superintendent of Schools
Mr. Edward Vozzella, Director of Finance
Mr. William Ross, Town Manager
Mr. Jim Lazzara, finance Committee Member arrived late
Neeotiations Update:
The School Committee ratified a one (1) year agreement with the Para Professionals for the
2009 — 2010 school year contract.
Motion to accept Para Professional's contract agreement 1st by Mr. Frank DelVecchio and
2nd by Mr. Jim Perry.
M.C. 4-0 with Mrs. Losiewicz not present.
Motion to adiourn
Motion was made to adjourn the School Committee Meeting of June 21, 2010 at 8:30 PM for
the sole purpose of adjourning. Motion to close by Mr. Jim Perry, 2"d by Mr. Frank DelVecchio.

Mr. Jim Perry, yes.
