Motion to enter Executive Session: Kiera O'Neil asked for a motion to enter into Executive Session
pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 for the Following Purpose:
Under Exception No. 2, To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel
or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
Motion to enter into executive session by Linda Fernando / Jenn Walsh.

Matthew Jacques and Edward Donoghue have spent the lat mQr' h in a�discover phase. They
have reviewed equipment, staffing, business practices including overtime assignments and
approvals, the use of outside contractors, and purchasing practices. District and committee
reviewed some of the findings. Reviews will continue and best practices for the department
will be put into place.
Kiera O'Neil called for motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
