Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, May 21, 2020

The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Kiera O'Neil at SAS p.m. Roll Call was
taken.

Motion to enter Executive Session: Kiera O'Neil asked for a motion to enter into Executive Session
pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 for the Following Purpose: Under Exception No. 3. To
discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Teresa Murphy provided an update on teacher negotiations:
Negotiations have resumed after a long break due the pandemic. Most issues are tied up but
salary and gradebook remain up for discussion. Teresa asked for input from the committee.
Negotiations will continue on June 3.
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
