Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, March 03, 2020
Superintendent's Office, 2 Park Row, Mansfield, MA 02048
The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Kiera O'Neil at 6:35 p.m.

Administration Present:
Teresa Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Edward Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Motion to enter Executive Session: Kiera O'Neil asked for a motion to enter into Executive Session
pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 for the Following Purpose: Under Exception No. 3. To
discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Teresa Murphy provided an update on teacher negotiations:
Negotiations are moving in a positive direction. There are proposals on both sides that are
currently under review. Some agreements have been made while others need some work. The
next session is 3/9/20.
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
