Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, January 07,2020

The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Lynn Cavicchi at 6:30 p.m.

Motion to enter Executive Session: Lynn Cavicchi asked for a motion to enter into Executive Session
pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 for the Following Purpose: Under Exception No. 3. To
discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a
detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.

Superintendent Teresa Murphy provided an update on MEA negotiations. The first meeting
was held to review the initial list of proposals. Teresa read the list of items to school
committee.
Lynn Cavicchi called for a motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
