Mansfield School Committee Meeting
�} Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, December 08, 2020

The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Kiera O'Neil at 5:32 p.m.
Members Present: Administration Present:
Kiera O'Neil, Chair Teresa Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
Lynn Cavicchi, Vice Chair Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Linda Fernando Edward Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Jenn Walsh
Lauren Scher
Members Absent: None
Under Exception No. 4: To discuss the deployment of security personnel or devices, or
strategies with respect thereto, and reconvene in open session.
Matt Jacques, Director of Facilities, provided an update on the construction of new entry ways
and visitor vestibules at each of the schools. The construction will begin over April vacation
and then continue over the summer with an expected completion date of 9/1/2021.
The committee had the opportunity to ask questions.
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
