Mansfield School Committee Meeting
Executive Session Minutes for Tuesday, September 08, 2020

The open meeting session was opened and called to order by Kiera O'Neil at 6:05 p.m.
Members Present: Administration Present:
Kiera O'Neil, Chair Teresa Murphy, Superintendent of Schools
Lynn Cavicchi, Vice Chair Michael Connolly, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Linda Fernando Edward Donoghue, Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Lauren Scher
Members Absent:
Jenn Walsh
The negotiations team is still working through the MOU for return to school. The next meeting
is scheduled for 9/15/20. A couple of issues right now relate to pay, sick time and software
usage.
One of the biggest district obstacles right now is trying to find subs for teachers who
quarantine or are out sick. Christine Dooling will be the primary contact for all staff with
covid related questions. Aesop will have a new category to mark quarantine issues.
Kiera O'Neil called for a motion to leave executive session and to return to open meeting.
