Tri-Board Budget Consensus Meeting
An Open Meeting of the Mansfield School Committee was held in person Wednesday, February 8,
2023 in the community room of the Public Safety Building. The open meeting session was called to
order by Chair Kiera O'Neil at 6:04 p.m.

Special Education Reserve Fund Policy U' N rat
The Policy was briefly discussed. Further edits will be required and then reviewed at an upcoming
meeting. No action taken.
Review and Discussion of Budget Presentations and Discussion of Next Steps
All parties discussed the revised budget gap and what cuts were made between January and
February by both the town and the school. Potential revenue items were also discussed along
with setting upcoming meeting dates. Several community members commented and asked
questions.
No motions made.
