Present: Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Chair; Mr. Frank DelVecchio, Vice -Chair; Mr. Jess Aptowitz and Ms.
Diana Bren were present in the Community Room at Public Safety Building at 500 East Street. Kevin
Dumas, Town Manager and Mr. Barry LaCasse were also present. RECEIVED

2. Discussion and Consideration of the Special Education Stabilization Fund Policy
This item was passed over.
3. School and Town Budget Presentations
Mr. LaCasse presented the Town Budget and Mr. Donoghue followed and presented the School Budget.
Please refer to the meeting minutes of the Budget Subcommittee meeting for more detail. No motions
were made.
4. Discussion of Next Steps to Balanced Budget
Please refer to Budget Subcommittee minutes. No motions were made.
