Review of Financial April financial reports: Mr. LaCasse said he was happy to report that we are only $126,000 away from being equal with the budget and that anything else we receive is gravy which is a good position to be in. Mr. Cooney asked when we would cross the finish line and Mr. LaCasse said most likely around the end of May and will be equal byJune.,Mr. LaCasse pointed out that meals, taxes, hotel taxes and cannabis tax money will come in by June 30`^. Mr. Feely mentioned that would be great timing for the next budget which would give them a good handle on the trajectory. l Ms. Walsh asked where will we end this year financially. Mr. LaCasse stated that he was unsure on the revenue side and for local receipts we will be in the plus $200,000-$300,000 range. It's hard to say on the expense side because we still have half of May and the full month of June where we have some of the larger departments like Police and Fire where some events could contain some of that overtime. In June he would have a better idea and he will be able to share the May reports. Mr. DeSantis asked where do you think the plus $200,000-$300,000 will come from on the revenue side and Mr. LaCasse said most likely from Ambulance, Motor Vehicle Excise, miscellaneous revenue around $30,000. Mr. Feely asked about the Personal Property tax and Mr. LaCasse said that won't come in until January 1'`. Mr. Feely said we know some of those revenues will be coming in but we won't know that right now: Mr. DeSantis would like to see the revenue on future reporting. Mr. Eagle asked if we could break out Munis reporting by section and Mr. LaCasse is looking into this. Mr. Eagle asked what we budgeted from receipts for Cannabis and Mr. LaCasse stated $100,000 and that the amount will go down after five years, so in FY2027. Mr. Eagle inquired about the Medical Marijuana facility and if we would be able to collect as well and Mr. LaCasse said it's not built yet but we could once it's up and running. S.
