1. Call the Meeting to order: Ms. Sara Walsh, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:41 pm.
2. Preparation for Annual Town Meeting:
Mr. Eagle inquired about Article 1, Motion 2 from the May 19t1, 2022 Town Hall Meeting Warrant regarding funds
transferred from funding sources to defray the expenses of the Municipal Town departments. He asked the Finance
Committee if the Town Manager was allowed to do these transfers. Mr. Paul Derensis, the Town Lawyer stated that
"Yes" the Town Manger was allowed to do so. He also stated that he had written the Bylaws over ten years ago and
this has been true since then. In addition, he asked if this was on the Meeting notice to discuss this and the
Committee mentioned it wasn't but it was a part of the Town Meeting Preparation. The Select Board members also
attended and Mr. Trowbridge stated that this was not apart of the agenda this item was not known 48 hours before
the meeting and could not be discussed or voted on.
