Present: Mr. Michael Trowbridge, Chair; Mr. less Aptowitz and Ms. Diana Bren were present at Mansfield High
School, 250 East Street.
Not Present: Mr. Neil Rhein, Clerk and Mr. Frank DelVecchio, Vice -Chair
1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting
Mr. Michael Trowbridge called the meeting to order at 6:36PM.
2. Discussion and Consideration (or Reconsideration) of Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles if Necessary
There were no items to discuss.
3. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
There were no items.
3. Adjourn
Motion: To adjourn to the Special Town Meeting in the Auditorium of Mansfield High School, and to close the
Select Board meeting immediately following the conclusion of the Special Town Meeting. (Aptowitz/Breit)
Passes 3:0
Special Town Meeting did not start because there was not a quorum. The Select Board left at 8:OOPM.
