IDC Meeting 11/17/2022
Attendees: Chris Jackson, Julie Jones, Melinda Tarsi, Chris McDermott
Call to order at 6:05.
Chris McDermott provided the commission a draft of the Business Visit Script. The group discussed how
to approach the effort, what we would say, a potential drop off item and scheduling a time to make the
video. We also reviewed which business we would seek to visit and the Mansfield business listing we
have been compiling with the town over the last year.
Chris provided the commission with updates on:
• BETA Group.
• Downtown grants.
• The Logan shuttle service which is now active.
• Discover Mansfield and that Penta has been chosen to renew their contract with the town.
• Several businesses in the area.
The commission reviewed our upcoming vacancy and potential recruitment efforts.
The next IDC meeting is scheduled for 12/8/2022.
