The Commission moved to review and approve minutes from 8/11/2022. Chris McDermott provided an update on Beta Group and reviewed an upcoming open house that will be hosted at the DPW building on 9/22 from 5:00-7:00. Chris went over the details of the 2022 fall festival. The commission reviewed upcoming business visits and how we will be conducting them this fall. The commission reviewed the quoting process for our marketing efforts. Chris discussed the closing of the Amazon warehouse and what will become of the property. Chris shared that Dick's Sporting Goods will be occupying space in Mansfield crossing on a temporary basis. Chris updated the commission on the Walgreens development progress.
