Attendees: Board -Randy Waters -Chair, Lou Amoruso-Vice Chair, LeeAnn Cerretani-Treasurer,
Tina Walnista-Secretary
Guests: SRPEDD-Robert Cabral
MHPP Review + Discussion
• Goals
➢ SRPEDD identify 5 for the MHPP which were in line with previous discussions
➢ MHC agreed with the identified goals and did not have any additional ones to add
• Strategies -ones identified below had comments/questions
➢ Accessory Apartment Bylaw -this would require Shaun Burke's assistance for any language changes
since it falls under his realm of expertise
➢ Community Preservation Act (CPA) -this is a potential funding stream for affordable housing which
government will match funds raised
➢ First Time Homebuyers Program -Many local banks in the area that that could be partnered with
such as but not limited to Bluestone, Sharon Credit Union, Federal CU, and North Easton Savings
➢ Foreclosure/Eviction Prevention Program -is the only source the government or is there federal
assistance
