local, state and FDA regulations.

know which session you will be able to attend. After the trainings we
can meet and outline a policy to be presented to the Board of Health for
approval.

Re: Continued Hearing Scheduled
Dear Mr. Langton:
I received notice from Scott Leite that the continued Hearing on the
possible suspension of your tobacco permit is scheduled for Thursday,
October 3, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. You are required to attend that Hearing.
Scott also informed me that the Board has reviewed your proposed
employee policy and had several suggested changes. There are several
places in your policy documents that indicate `continuous reinforcement'.
The Board asked that you include how often the policy would be
reinforced and how you plan to document that reinforcement. One of the
suggestions that they made was that you include the major bullet points
of checking IDs on whatever document the employees sign to accept
their paychecks. We can talk about this more at the October 3'd Hearing.
