The clerk at your set -vice desk was `Cathy W. Please be advised that
your clerk did ask for the buyer's ID and he told her he didn't have it

with him. She then asked him for his birth date and he told her the truth,

January 21, 1998. At that time, she made the sale.

As you are aware, sales cannot be made if the buyer does not have

identification. Asking someone for their date of birth is not acceptable
