September 7, 2022 Minutes
Mission Statement: The mission of the Mansfield Board of Health is to protect, preserve and
improve the public health, environment, and wellbeing of our citizens through the enforcement of
federal, state, and local statutes and regulations, education and promotion of sanitary living and
working conditions, and protection of the environment from disease and pollution.
Present: Antonia Blinn; Chair, Graham Wilson; Clerk, Kasia Frenette, Ryan Maxwell, Amy Donovan -
Palmer; Health Aaent. Absent: Michael
The meeting of the Board of Health (BOH) was called to order at 5:01 pm by Chair Antonia Blinn.
Ms. Frenette makes motion to approve the risk -based fee schedule for food establishments based
on proposed risk categories, 2nd by Mr. Maxwell. Approved 4-0
Ms. Donovan -Palmer pointed out that the motion needs a start date for the fee schedule.
Motion to amend the previous motion to include an effective date for any permits starting 1/1/23,
2n1 by Mr. Maxwell.

Ms. Blinn states her colleague is teaching a Community Health assessment class at Boston University
School of Public Health and the class is looking for a partner town for a project, Ms. Blinn states that
publicly available information from our current assessment will be shared with the class.
