The soil category applicable under current Disposal Site activities and use is S-3. • Based on soil and groundwater data obtained during investigations completed for RTN 4-26996, the Disposal Site limited to soil and groundwater from depths of approximately 4 to 15 feet bgs at the Facility. Surface water, sediment, and indoor air were not identified as Exposure Points. • COCs are present in soil and groundwater at concentrations above background and below applicable standards. • Based on an evaluation for IRAs, no IH was identified at the Disposal Site. • A M1RC demonstrates that NSR has been achieved at the Disposal Site. • A Permanent Solution was achieved at the Disposal Site on the basis that all MCP requirements pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1056 were met. No other limitations, assumptions, or conditions are required to control potential exposure and maintain NSR at the Disposal Site; therefore a Permanent Solution with No Conditions is applicable.
