The meeting of the Board of Health (BOH) was called to order at 7:15 pm by Chair Antonia Blinn
• Motion to approve the consent agenda made by Mr. Healey, 2"d by Ms. Frenette.

• Motions to approve minutes from February 3, 2022, February 10, 2022 and April 4, 2022
made by Mr. Healey, 2nd by Ms. Frenette.
o All 3 sets of minutes Passed Unanimously
Mr. Precourt was present to discuss PFAS treatment and to discuss improved construction.
PFAS - consist of more than 4700 manmade chemicals. Chemicals get into the water system and are
hard to remove. 98% of people have PFAS in their blood stream.

Chief Desrosiers not present. PHN reports forwarded to BOH.
Chief will attend the August 2022 meeting and review PH and EMS collaborative efforts.
Ms. Blinn read the updated definitions.
• Motion to accept the drafted language to amend the Regulation Affecting Smoking and the
Sale, Vending, and Distribution of Tobacco and Nicotine Delivery Products definitions for
Blunt Wrap, Tobacco Flavor Enhancer, and Rolling Papers as read by Ms. Blinn, to become
effective June 1, 2022 made by Mr. Healey. 2"d by Ms. Frenette.
