· Request from Kristi Johnston, DBA member, to place A frame signs on the North
and South Commons for weeks prior to the Family Fun Night on July 14th.
Motion: To approve (Aptowitz/Levine) 4:0 passes
· Request from Kristi Johnston, MMAS member, to place A frame signs on the North
and South Commons for 2 weeks prior to the MMAS Arts Festival on September
19th and 20th.
Motion: To approve (Aptowitz/Levine) 4:0 passes
· Request from Kristi Johnston, MMAS Arts Chairman, for building permit fee wavier
for tents to be erected on the South Common. Tents will be up from September
18th to the 21st.

· Town Meeting update. Warrants will be up on the website by Friday. Please
download and bring with you to town meeting on June 16th.
Selectman Dentino would like to delete a bos position on the subcommittee and add an at
large seat.
Selectman Aptowitz would like to leave the composition as it is.
Selectman Levine would like to add another dept. head. Both of the search firm
candidates stated this would be helpful.
Selectman Moran would like to add a dept head to the subcommittee as well. He would
like a public safety dept head and a finance dept head added on.

· Old business from Selectman Dentino: He would like to renew the discussion on
hiring a new town counsel. This will be placed on future agenda.
He would also like to revisit the issue of sick and vacation buy back from
employees.
· Old business from Selectman Aptowitz: He was going to discuss MMED business
but Ann isn't here so it will be pushed off.
· Old business from Chairman Baldwin: Not present
· New business from Chairman Baldwin: Not present
· New business from Selectman Aptowitz: He would like to propose a change in
health insurance splits and have both active and retired employees pay the same
rate. Retirees pay a reduced rate and having it changed would save the town
$100,000. Mr. D'Agostino stated this would have to be done at town meeting next
year if we were to go this way.
· New business from Selectman Dentino: He thinks this proposal has merit and
would like to look at it more.
Parking spaces on Park Row. Surrounding businesses and employees are using the
Park Row spaces and should not be. Mr. D'Agostino will send a memo to staff,
however there are signs present that state parking is for town business during
town hall hours.
· New business from Selectman Moran: None
· New business from Selectman Levine: None
Motion: Adjourn to executive session at 9pm to discuss union contract negotiations.
