April 27, 2022
Present: Jenn Walsh; Lynn Cavicchi; Frank Delvecchio; Michael A. Trowbridge; Sara Walsh; and Walter Wilk
1. Open Meeting
Ms. Sara Walsh called the Budget Subcommittee meeting to order at 6:0013M with all members present.
Mr. Rhein called the Select Board meeting to order at 6:01PM with all members present and Ms. Kiera O'Neil
called the School Committee to order with all members present. Ms. Sara Walsh then called the Finance
Committee meeting to order with four members present Mr. Wilk, Mr. Cooney and Mr. Feely.
2. FY23 Budget Presentation by Town and School
Mr. LaCasse provided a brief presentation to those present of the timeline of events of when the budget was
first prepared through today where there is now a balanced budget. He then provided items for the Boards to
consider when looking ahead to the fiscal year2024 budget. The Select Board, School Committee and Finance
Committee all took votes to support the FY23 Budget and each was passed unamiously.
The Select Board, School Committee and Finance Committee adjourned their meetings.

There were none.

There were no additional items.
