Smith percolation. tests Town Engineer Tony: Enclosed herewith please find a log of the test holes and percolation rates of the tests which you witnessed today per your request. I have also included seetches showing their locations based upon the lines established on the ground. I hope these will suffice but If not please let me know. We intend to use pits or shallow pits on all lots except those at 296 Balcom Street and 500 School Street where the water table is close to the surface. In these instances fields would be recommended with perhaps some filling to conform to the regulations. cc: ls'.L'Lv.:1i1'li Yery truly yours Y rs3 Office at 50 West Street Town of Mansfield Massachusetts Board of Health Report of Soil Examination Applicant: Robert Mel-sterman Application $6-266 Date: 11/3/86 Location: 26 Balcolm Street Mail Address: 39 Country Club Drive Randolph 02368 Tel.No.• 961-2072 Engineer: Land Surveys, Inc.
