The Board has voted tentative approval on your soli examinations
for the above referenced lots pending the submission of the definitive
plans showing the design and layout of the disposal systems. Also the
results of the well water testing must be received.
Before the Occupancy Permit Is issued by the Building Inspector you
must submit an as built plan which conforms to the Board of Health
Regulations and Title V of the State Sanitary Code, at which time
you will be issued a Certificate of Compliance from the Board.
