East Street. Mr. Barry LaCasse, Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director was also present.

1. Open Meeting
Mr. Rhein, Chair called the meeting to order at 6:01PM with all members present.
2. Final FY23 Budget Presentation by Town and School
Mr. LaCasse provided a brief presentation on the FY23 balanced budget.
3. Consideration to Approve the FY23 Budget
Motion: To approve the FY23 Budget as presented. (DelVecchio/Trowbridge)

4. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting
