Fundraising
• Shaw's and Stop and Shop Reusable Bag Fundraiser will be in progress through end of March.
• KMB Fundraising letter was finalized for mailing with the assistance of Mr. Neil Rhein. Urgency to
move forward with a mailing at this time is not as critical as decision was made not to include Cleanup
event sponsors' names on backs of the event T-shirts. The Cleanup event sponsors will be
acknowledged via email and social media with the possibility of including their names on sandwich
boards at the Cleanup Celebration Picnic event on 30 April 2022. The KMB Committee will need to
decide if the sandwich boards are a good recognition option at their next meeting.
■ Event T-shirts will be yellow with the Keep Mansfield Beautiful logo on front and include the word
"Volunteer" on the back of the shirts. This decision may help with pricing as well as make the shirts
more generic and easily reused for future events. Karen Reardon will do the T-shirt design and Pat
Colbert and Jeff Ward will finalize T-shirt order. Pat Colbert and Neil Rhein will place order once the
participant responses for the Cleanup event are finalized.

investment not to exceed $100 that will be reimbursed with submission of receipts. Jeff Ward provided Eva
Hourigan with the formal permission to spend up to $100 on materials needed to move the project forward.
There were open questions raised after Eva's presentation: (1) How much will the bombs sell for? (2) What will be
done with profits raised by the sale of the bombs at Briggs?
