F1ELF) 1. Call To Order Select Board Meeting -Pledge of Allegiance s t; I— i !C I (1 T T Mr. Neil Rhein, Chairman called the meeting to order at 5:30PM. He then asked those present to state the Pledge of Allegiance. He reminded everyone that the meeting was being broadcast live and taped for future broadcast on Mansfield Cable. 2. Consideration to Approve and Sign the 2022 Town Meeting Warrant Motion: To approve and sign the 2022 Town Meeting Warrant as presently prepared, and to allow the Town Manager to make any necessary, corrective or non -substantive changes thereto at the recommendation of Town Counsel. (DelVecchio/Trowbridge) Passes 5:0 3. Consideration to Approve and Sign the 2022 Town Election Warrant Motion: To approve and sign the 2022 Town Election Warrant. (DelVecchio/Trowbridge) Passes 5:0 4. Any items not anticipated by the Chair 48 hours prior to this meeting There were no items but Chairman Rhein made a statement in regards to comments made at the March 16, 2022. S. Adjourn Motion: To adjourn the March 30, 2022 Select Board meeting at 5:40PM.
