Dear Mr. Leite: As you know, this office represents Benjamin Cavallo and Frank Signoriello who have forwarded your letter dated April 2, 1991 to me for response. As I informed you during our telephone conversation on April 17, 1991, the allegation that the above referenced property has been used as a dumping ground for construction debris came as a complete surprise to my clients. It appears that the tenants are responsible for dumping the debris, according to neighbors and other reliable sources. I have sent a notice to the tenants to immediately cease and desist from any further dumping and to remove all debris and refuse to a properly assigned disposal facility. Considering that I have also sent a notice to the tenants terminating their tenancy for non payment of rent we do not expect that they will comply with my notice requesting that the property be cleaned. As I informed you during our telephone conversation, my clients have already made arrangements to have the debris removed from the property. Based on my representation to you, you stated that the Board of Health will take no further action, legal or otherwise, at this time. Your cooperation and assistance in this matter are appreciated by my clients. if you should have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to contact me. S' erely, Edward W. The policy is that all complaints are to be submitted in writing from the party at interest. This policy is, of course, flexible depending upon the circumstances and immediacy of the complaint.
