Immediate Response Actions being undertaken. These actions are documented in a Response Action Outcome Statement dated August 26, 1999. This letter has been prepared, in accordance with the public notification requirements of 310 CMR 40.1403 to provide notification to your office of the release and the availability of the Response Action Outcome Statement at the West Lynn Creamery office at 626 Lynnway, Lynn, MA 01905 or at the Southeast Regional office of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (P.O. Box 1320, Lakeville, MA 02346). No action other than receipt of this letter is necessary by your office. Sincerely, Todd W.
